These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1angpao ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform"), governing all use of the website located at https://1angpao.cam and any associated services, features, applications, or content provided by 1angpao.

1angpao operates as an English-language online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Malaysia. To register and maintain an Account on 1angpao, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of 1angpao, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by 1angpao for violation of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) Account on the 1angpao platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 1angpao will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

1angpao reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided during registration or at any subsequent point. Acceptable documents include a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent identification, together with proof of address not older than three (3) months.

1angpao accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following supported payment methods:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and all other FPX-participating financial institutions
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB — converted to MYR equivalent at time of deposit

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation by the relevant payment processor. 1angpao does not charge fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

1angpao complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. All unusual or high-value transactions may be subject to enhanced verification, and we reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation at our discretion.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Balance.
• Any Bonus Funds must have met their applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be converted and withdrawn.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit, and which is registered in the same name as your 1angpao Account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet cashouts (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 10 minutes of approval; DuitNow transfers typically clear within 3–5 minutes; bank transfers via FPX may take between 5 and 60 minutes depending on your financial institution's processing schedule.

1angpao reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above RM 5,000 or where unusual account activity has been detected. During such review periods, the withdrawal will be placed in a pending state and the Player notified accordingly. 1angpao aims to complete all verification reviews within 24 hours.

1angpao offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are communicated at the point of offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the validity period specified for each bonus. Any unmet wagering requirement will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the Bonus Funds from the Account.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from the completion of Wagering Requirements qualify for withdrawal.
• 1angpao reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time. In such cases, reasonable notice will be provided where practicable.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including via arbitrage betting, staking patterns designed to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements, or coordinated play across multiple accounts — will be treated as bonus abuse and result in forfeiture and account suspension.

All games and betting markets available on 1angpao are subject to their individual rules, which are accessible within each game or betting interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall apply to that particular game or market only; these Terms govern all other matters.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a wager, 1angpao reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. Where technical issues affect only a portion of a session, 1angpao will apply the most equitable resolution practicable.

Odds, RTP (Return to Player) percentages, and house edges are displayed or available upon request for each game. 1angpao does not guarantee any specific return on any wager. Past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

For live sports betting, once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it may not be cancelled or amended. In-play odds are indicative until confirmation; a bet is only active upon receiving the on-screen confirmation message and a valid bet reference number.

By using the 1angpao Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, including to place bets, monitor game states, or extract data.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to our support team immediately; failure to do so and profiting from the error may result in Account closure and recovery of funds.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used in connection with the Platform.
• Using the Platform in any jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point.

All content on the 1angpao Platform, including but not limited to the logo, brand name, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and underlying code, is the property of 1angpao or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 1angpao.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1angpao makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its services.

1angpao shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any technical malfunction, server failure, or communications disruption;
• Losses resulting from gambling activities conducted on the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Any changes to, suspension of, or discontinuation of the Platform or any of its features.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 1angpao's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation is prohibited by law.

1angpao collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

We will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention platforms is strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform and fulfilling our legal obligations.

1angpao is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following player protection tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours up to six (6) weeks.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request the closure of your Account prior to the effective date.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 1angpao is incorporated and operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and 1angpao, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration or to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, as applicable under the governing law.
